Meet the Joint Venture Team
Chief Development Officer
Alisa Tantraphol joined Joint Venture in 2016 as its first Chief Development Officer. A natural connector, she loves developing partnerships that improve the quality of life for everyone. Since 2003, she has raised over $100 million for education, technology, health & human services, basic needs, and the arts.
Alisa oversaw the corporate and foundation programs at Second Harvest Food Bank of Santa Clara & San Mateo Counties, developing innovative strategies to increase revenue by 50% in five years before transitioning to working with executives on their personal giving. She was part of the development team that grew annual revenue from $19 million to $35 million over the course of six years.
Prior to her career in nonprofits, Alisa worked as a research assistant at the Radcliffe Public Policy Center, an intern at the Stanford Genome Center, and an event planner at the Harvard Business School.
