Francis Experience will perform vignettes dramatizing the lived experience of local community members who face some of our most common challenges. Francis Experience is led by Jonathan Borca, Arts Commissioner at City of San Jose and Deputy Director of School of Arts and Culture at Mexican Heritage Plaza.

Jessica Paz-Cedillos, Co-Executive Director of the School of Arts & Culture at the Mexican Heritage Plaza and fellow community leaders will present on La Avenida - a real-time example of an equity-based, community-driven approach to neighborhood building.

Finally this session will conclude with Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors chair Susan Ellenberg moderating a conversation with leaders from the major sectors (government, business, nonprofit, philanthropy, higher education) about the possibilities that lie ahead.
