Joint Venture board adds labor leader

2 headshotsJune 15, 2018 – The Joint Venture board of directors today elected David Bini, Executive Director of the Santa Clara & San Benito Counties Building & Construction Trades Council, as its newest member.

Bini, who assumed his present role four months ago, has been a union electrician with Local 332 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers in Santa Clara County since 2002, including seven years as Membership Development Representative of the local.

He has completed several courses and programs related to labor advocacy at San Jose City College, University of Wisconsin-Madison and Harvard Law School. He has also completed a four-year course of study in trade instruction at the University of Michigan.
