March 24, 2021 - The Joint Venture Silicon Valley elected Neeraj Vadhan, senior managing director and senior client lead at Accenture, to its board of directors. Vadhan brings more than two decades of experience leading digital transformation efforts for organizations in communications, media and technology industries.
With a deep commitment to serving the Bay Area community and addressing regional challenges, Vadhan is focused on creating greater opportunities for diverse populations, in particular serving as a mentor to help bridge the divide for individuals who may not have the skills or access to the jobs of tomorrow. He leads a global team of people who are working with some of the most prominent companies in Silicon Valley – and in the world. Vadhan is also a venture capital and angel investor.

Neeraj grew up in Long Island, New York and earned a Bachelor of Science in computer engineering from the University of Rhode Island. He currently lives in Los Altos with his wife and three children. Outside of work, he’s determined to keep up the pace of sports with his children and enjoys tennis and golf.
