Silicon Valley Talent Partnership, one of Joint Venture’s newest initiatives, has launched a project in partnership with Adobe and San Mateo County’s Home for All Initiative.

A pro bono team of four marketing professionals from Adobe will spend the next three months developing a marketing plan to boost awareness of Home for All’s Second Unit Program and drive homeowners’ participation. Second Units have become an important part of the conversation about how to reduce the staggering 19:1 jobs to housing gap in San Mateo County.
