Philip Jordan is Vice President of BW Research and Executive Director of the Economic Advancement Research Institute (EARI). He has lead extensive economic and workforce research of clean energy industries across the nation, including the premier national solar labor market analysis as well as regional and statewide studies that examine employer needs and local and regional education and training efforts. His research focused primarily on economic and workforce issues. Previously, Mr. Jordan was a consultant for Mass Insight, a private consulting firm in Boston focused on international competitiveness, public opinion, and voter research, and was an associate at Bingham McCutchen, where he practiced real estate, environmental and aviation law. Philip is a published author and an adjunct lecturer at San Diego State University.
Mr. Jordan received his B.A. in Psychology from the University of Connecticut and his J.D. and Certificate in Environmental and Land Law from Boston College Law School.
He has been working with the Silicon Valley Institute for Regional Studies since 2013.
