cover imageNovember 1, 2021 – This research brief examines homeownership in Santa Clara County, including data and analysis in the context of longer-term housing trends, the wealth gap, and economic mobility. The work was commissioned by the Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS in partnership with the Silicon Valley Association of REALTORS, with the intention of informing their work, and serving as a resource to Silicon Valley leaders and community members interested in the interconnections between homeownership and other indicators of regional health.
